1. What We Do

Best Speech Therapists is an online directory that helps families find speech-language pathologists and helps therapists present their practices. We list provider information, facilitate contact between families and therapists, and offer optional paid tools for therapists.

2. Not Medical Advice

The Site does not provide medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice, and nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional evaluation or treatment. We do not employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any therapist listed in the directory. You are solely responsible for evaluating a provider’s qualifications, licensure, and fit before beginning care, and any services you receive are provided under an agreement between you and that provider.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Therapist Listings and Claims

• Therapists may claim an existing listing or create a new one. By doing so, you represent that you are the provider named in the listing (or authorized to act for them) and that all information you provide — including license information — is accurate and current.
• We may verify, edit for formatting, decline, or remove any listing or claim at our discretion.
• Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at the time of purchase and provide the features described on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake reviews or fraudulent listing claims;
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Site without our written permission;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Reviews and User Content

Content you submit (such as reviews or messages) must be truthful and based on your own experience. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. We may moderate, edit, or remove user content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Best Speech Therapists and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Therapists retain ownership of the content they submit for their listings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Directory information may be incomplete or out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Speech Therapists will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any claim arising from services provided by a listed therapist.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
